Senior Account Executive - 2012
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons presented a unique business problem of Surgeons not renewing their membership. I presented the idea of developing a mobile application that would allow practitioners to customize their own interface to the mobile application for their practice. The app allows for individuals to take photos of themselves and edit their bodies to their liking. The solution was unique and had never been done before. The association paid the fee and their return on investment nearly quadrupled their performance and projected numbers for membership.
Due to the success of the conception and execution of the project. I developed rigorous internal and external process for communication and customer retention. I was then promoted to the Director of Account Management.

Sean Murray, President and David Shiba, EVP of AnswersMedia supported and fostered this initiative that I spearheaded.
